We accept Paypal and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) All payments are securely processed through a third-party processor. We never store your credit card information or personal data.
Can I order from Kiss My Jewels by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone. However, our website is available 24 hours a day and you may order directly from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed via our website will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. No code is needed.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped the estimated time of arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
USPS Next-day shipping and expedited delivery is also available. Next-day orders made after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to the email address you entered on our website at the time of purchase. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you are unable to locate the information, feel free to contact us via email at email@example.com
Is my credit information safe?
We process all payments via third party payment processors (Paypal & Square). No card information is ever saved at Kiss My Jewels and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. Kiss My Jewels does NOT keep credit card information on record. You do not need a PayPal account to use our payment service. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. My jewelry came damaged, what should I do?
Oh noooooo! We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Although we throughly inspect each item before we package them, damages and defects may happen during the shipping process.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
Can I apply a coupon code to an old order?
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
