Kiss My Jewels ALWAYS offers Free Shipping in the United States when you spend $50.00 or more.
All domestic orders that do not include free shipping will be sent for a flat fee of $4.95.

Next day shipping is available. The cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that next-day orders made after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days, and will arrive in 3 - 5 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). In the rare case an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.
All orders placed via our website will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped the estimated time of arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kiss My Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we provide you with a tracking number issued by USPS and the tracking information states delivered, you must contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) and file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number may delay or prevent your item from being delivered. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft or delay. CHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

Returns Must Meet These Requirements
We want you to be happy with your jewels! You can return qualifying item(s) for a store credit within 3 days of the delivered date. Please contact us at email@example.com and we'll walk you through the process! Exchanges outside of 3 days will not be accepted.
Items requested for exchange must be:

- In their original packaging
